* Press the first key of a function
to select it.
* Move pointers with the keys.
* Move between data fields using Tab,
Enter, or the keys.
* When you're done with the screen
you're viewing press the Escape Key.
You have 3 lists: those things you need
to do before leaving, those that need
done while on the trip, and those you
must do when you return. Select the
list you want or press Escape to return
to the Main Menu.
"Lower" and "Raise" lets you change the
priority of the items in your list. To
move an item up: select it with the
pointer (using the cursor keys) and
press R until you've moved it to where
you want it. Lower works the same way.
The schedule of the date closest to
today (from today on) appears first.
Use PgUp and PgDn to move between
dates. Press A to Add an event to the
selected date, D to Delete the event,
or N to create a New date.
Use Tab, Enter, and the up/down cursor
keys to move between fields. Press
Escape when you're through or PgUp/PgDn
to display the previous/next record.
Use Home, End, PgUp/PgDn, and the
cursor keys to move around. Total
expenses for today and the trip are
displayed at the top. The expense
codes (far right) let you categorize
your expenses. Define these expense
codes in "Utilities".
The Summary of Expenses breaks down
each day's expenses by code, totals the
expenses for each day, and displays the
trip totals for each expense code.
Use PgUp/PgDn to move through the
complete summary list. Escape to exit.
Tag those items you want printed
reports of by selecting the item and
pressing T for Tag. After all items
have been tagged then press P to
initiate the printing.
A "c" before the date means the flight
continues on.
Press V to View the flight information,
D to Delete the selected flight, or A
to add a new flight.
These are the trips currently in the
default drive. Select the one you're
interested in and press L to Load it
into the program, or D to Delete it.
You can catergorize your expenses by
using expense codes. This is where you
specify how many you want and what each
represents. Expense codes remain the
same for all trips. If you don't want
to use expense codes enter 0 when asked
for the number of codes.
* Re-cycling a trip makes a new trip by
using the pertinent information from
the trip that is currently loaded.
* Creating a new trip starts from
scratch.
* Konfigure lets you change mode,
location, size, and colors.
Press A to add a record to this list.

Use the cursor keys to select a record
and then press:
V to view the record or
D to delete the record
Modes:
* 8 line: how TravelWare looks on the
Atari Portfolio.
* 8 line+Ins: 8 line mode with Ins.
displayed below the screen.
* 16 line: displays Ins. when it can
but uses all 16 lines for long lists.
