  1. *  Press the first key of a function 
  2.    to select it.
  3. *  Move pointers with the   keys.
  4. *  Move between data fields using Tab,
  5.    Enter, or the   keys.
  6. *  When you're done with the screen 
  7.    you're viewing press the Escape Key.
  8.  You have 3 lists: those things you need 
  9. to do before leaving, those that need 
  10. done while on the trip, and those you 
  11. must do when you return.  Select the 
  12. list you want or press Escape to return 
  13. to the Main Menu.
  14.  "Lower" and "Raise" lets you change the 
  15. priority of the items in your list.  To 
  16. move an item up: select it with the 
  17. pointer (using the cursor keys) and 
  18. press R until you've moved it to where 
  19. you want it. Lower works the same way. 
  20.  The schedule of the date closest to 
  21. today (from today on) appears first. 
  22. Use PgUp and PgDn to move between 
  23. dates. Press A to Add an event to the 
  24. selected date, D to Delete the event, 
  25. or N to create a New date. 
  26.  
  27. Use Tab, Enter, and the up/down cursor 
  28. keys to move between fields.  Press 
  29. Escape when you're through or PgUp/PgDn 
  30. to display the previous/next record. 
  31.  Use Home, End, PgUp/PgDn, and the 
  32. cursor keys to move around. Total 
  33. expenses for today and the trip are 
  34. displayed at the top.  The expense 
  35. codes (far right) let you categorize 
  36. your expenses.  Define these expense 
  37. codes in "Utilities". 
  38.  The Summary of Expenses breaks down 
  39. each day's expenses by code, totals the 
  40. expenses for each day, and displays the 
  41. trip totals for each expense code. 
  42.  
  43. Use PgUp/PgDn to move through the
  44. complete summary list.  Escape to exit.
  45.  Tag those items you want printed 
  46. reports of by selecting the item and 
  47. pressing T for Tag.  After all items 
  48. have been tagged then press P to 
  49. initiate the printing. 
  50.  A "c" before the date means the flight 
  51. continues on. 
  52.  
  53. Press V to View the flight information, 
  54. D to Delete the selected flight, or A 
  55. to add a new flight. 
  56.  
  57. These are the trips currently in the 
  58. default drive.  Select the one you're 
  59. interested in and press L to Load it 
  60. into the program, or D to Delete it. 
  61.  
  62.  You can catergorize your expenses by 
  63. using expense codes.  This is where you 
  64. specify how many you want and what each 
  65. represents.  Expense codes remain the 
  66. same for all trips. If you don't want 
  67. to use expense codes enter 0 when asked 
  68. for the number of codes. 
  69.  * Re-cycling a trip makes a new trip by 
  70.   using the pertinent information from
  71.   the trip that is currently loaded. 
  72. * Creating a new trip starts from 
  73.   scratch.
  74. * Konfigure lets you change mode, 
  75.   location, size, and colors.
  76.  Press A to add a record to this list.

  78. Use the cursor keys to select a record 
  79. and then press:
  80.   V to view the record or
  81.   D to delete the record
  82.  Modes: 
  83. * 8 line: how TravelWare looks on the 
  84.   Atari Portfolio. 
  85. * 8 line+Ins: 8 line mode with Ins. 
  86.   displayed below the screen. 
  87. * 16 line: displays Ins. when it can 
  88.   but uses all 16 lines for long lists.
